New mini Cat breeding from us, seedlings of Cattleya Chief Berry x Rlc. Topaz Proclaim, established in 80mm pots.
Cattleya Chief Berry is a real miniature, producing bright pink flowers with a yellow throat, on small plants. It's quick to flower and is one of my favourites. I've crossed it with Rlc. Topaz Proclaim 'Passionate' - which is a bigger and more vigorous plant, but flowers from a fairly small size. Bigger flowers, pink, with a deep purple labellum and a yellow throat.
I'm expecting these to flower as quite small plants, with flowers in pink to purple tones.
